Introduction
When you let ungodly leaders and politicians follow their natural aspirations, they will always end up at the door of big government, where personal liberties like freedom of religion, speech, and property ownership are few. But what you'll notice first is the banishment of God and morality from society. If you think this hasn't already been the trend in America, then I plead with you to examine these things.
The Amazing Truth
What I am going to share with you now will stun just about everyone who will read this page. And for that reason, I have chosen to cite reputable sources for all my information. So you will be confident in how real these things are.
In the year 2000, only 60% of all eligible American voters actually cast a ballot.1 That means out of 186 million voting aged legal citizens, a mere 111 Million exercised their right to vote.2 For that 186 million people, 70% were registered to vote, but for those registered, still only 86% of them followed through.3 With a potential 75 million additional voters, who could easily alter the outcome of just about any election, how many do you think were Christians?
The answer is 34 million. Yes, 34 million people who identify themselves as "born again Christians" did not even go to the polls in the 2000 presidential election; to quickly put that in perspective: 41% of all Christians in America.4
Our Judicial System
The single most important aspect of our government is not the legislature anymore, it's the judicial system; those we place on our high courts. Unlike our elected officials, judges are appointed for a lifetime and their decisions aren't even subject to a vote. In some cases, the authority of these decisions are placed on the shoulders of one person.
The court system in this country was originally designed so that the responsibility of judges was to interpret and apply the Constitution and other laws. But what has slowly occurred is that mostly liberal judges have used it as a means of altering the original meaning of the Constitution. Instead of going to the law to make their judgments, judges seem to treat cases as if it's their responsibility to decide what's best. We have a "representative government" which means: "the people elect the people who make the rules". The reason our court justices aren't elected, is because they were never meant to be in a position of creating policy.
The Imminent Threat
The single most threatening thing to America's freedom and morality is the appointment of judges who don't agree with the original meaning of the Constitution, and who continue to destroy it by twisting it into alignment with their ungodly principles. Like the supreme court in 1962 when they ruled that the Constitution prohibits teachers from praying in the classroom.5 One year later in 1963, the same court decided the Constitution also meant that teachers could not read or use the Bible in public schools.6 1980 was the year the Supreme Court ruled that the Constitution bans displaying the 10 Commandments in a government facility.7 And one years ago, the Supreme court declared a law banning sodomy to be unconstitutional, and struck it down.8
Pregnancy Abortion
On January 22nd 1973, the Supreme Court ruled that the Constitution not only permitted the "right" to kill any unborn child for any reason, but also that the Constitution even prohibits the government from legally passing legislation that outlaws these kinds of practices.9 Since that horrifying day, 44,000,000 babies have been mutilated and butchered to death.10 But did you realize that over 3,500 of these "surgical removals" are being preformed every single day? 11
To help that really mean something: 24% of all pregnancies end in abortion.12 My friends, if you still aren't moved by this reality, I would encourage you to consider doing a search on "abortion pictures", and looking at what abortion really does. I'm afraid sometimes it takes this to really understand.
Christians Must Vote
The importance that Christians can actually have in selecting conservative, moral leaders is enormous. With the simple votes of hundreds of thousands of people like you reading this paragraph, we can change America and get good judges back into our courts, and elect the greatest majority conservative, moral leaders that we've had in a long time.
What you need to keep in mind is those statistics we talked about earlier. The potential number of additional Christian voters is in the millions. All we need to do is inform them of how serious this battle is, and how easily we can win it with their help. If you are one of them, then be sure you are at the polls on November 2nd and vote!
And when you vote, make sure you are voting for the best candidate. Sadly, in the last presidential election, 42% of Christians said they voted for Al Gore; a pro abortion liberal who, if elected would have appointed bad judges like the ones we have today who are declaring God unconstitutional, and stripping away freedom in the name of "tolerance". Keep in mind that almost always, the good candidates are Republicans. Although many times there will be someone on a third party ticket, who will seem allot more godly and conservative. But please don't waste your vote on third party candidates. The fact is, they never win. Regrettably, every election there are a handful of Christians who unknowingly help the "enemy" by taking precious votes away from the only moral candidate with a chance of winning.
We have organized a huge campaign to get this message to millions of Christians before Election Day. But that is simply impossible without the small effort of everyone like you reading this paragraph. What do you think the plan is for reaching these millions of Christians in such a short time? The answer will probably surprise you. It's not giving any money, volunteering any of your time, or even signing up for something. No, the single most important thing you can do to help is to take about three minutes and pass this message on to all your Christian friends and family. We must stress that age is not important! Everyone is a future voter, and even under aged people will be able to pass this on to others who can vote. It's important to send it to everyone!
